Happy Holidays

2015 Fryar Christmas Letter(pdf)

Another busy year is almost behind us. The boys are getting bigger Aiden is 9, and Brandon is 13. This was also the year of travel for us. It started with a skiing trip for me.

In February I took a ski trip to Jackson Hole, WY. This is always a great time in a beautiful setting. There was a slight lack of snow this year. I still was able to ski most of the mountain and went home tired and sore, but unhurt.
In March the family decided to go someplace warm over Spring break. The ocean views and sandy beaches in Mexico was just the ticket to warm up from the cold Minnesota winter.

The next trip was to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. We had 3 days to enjoy the parks plus tickets to the Blue Man group. The kids really enjoyed the show and are looking forward to more concerts in the future.
During the summer months we stayed close to home due to both boys being in Lacrosse. This sport is a blast to watch and is always full of action.

This year we had added excitement as both boys were able to score a goal. An extra hard feat for Brandon since he was playing defense this past year.

September brought the new school year. This will be Brandon’s last year in middle school as an eighth grader. He is still in band and was able to represent a select few in the district’s honor band.

Aiden is in fourth grade. He got to start the Cello in orchestra and just finished his first concert.

Aiden also got to join the Academic Triathlon normally only fifth and sixth graders get to join. They will compete against other teams in the district and then if they do well they will more forward to the State level.

Danith got to travel to Europe for work in early December. She went to Germany and then to the United Kingdom. She gets to go back in February as well.

We are thankful the opportunity to see new places and experience new things. Have a Merry Christmas and a blessed new year!
